At Tablio, we believe in giving people second chances. One of our biggest company values is overlooking the past people have and celebrating the future ahead of them. We don’t judge people based on what they have been through, but rather where they are headed.
A firm belief we have is that our business and others can turn around being unsuccessful. We see the best in every situation and believe we have the same impact on other local businesses as well.
Many people have come from a bad place and turned their life around and we believe with the right resources any of our employees or clients can do the same.
“If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again. Don’t give up too easily, persistence pays off in the end.” – Thomas H. Palmer, Teacher’s Manual
Had any of the most successful people given up at their first failure, they would not have been successful. Working at Tablio has taught me that success doesn’t come from your first try; success lies in trying again after your first failure. Success is knowing you failed and not giving up because of it.
Tablio requires that every employee read The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey. One of the main principles in this book is being proactive, not reactive. Being proactive means taking charge of any present situation. When you start believing that you have total control of what is happening, things start to happen. Believing in yourself and your ability to make the most of any situation is important to our employees personal and professional lives. We don’t think people are born successful or strong, we think experiences shape us to be the strongest most successful versions of ourselves.
We believe in a strong work ethic at Tablio. We feel it is more important for our employees to work hard to get out of their previous situation than their previous situation is to them as a person. People make mistakes, companies make mistakes, but the biggest mistake of all is thinking someone equates to the mistakes they’ve made in their pasts. People change, companies change, and change can be made for the better.
Consistent growth and improvement is a key aspect to anything. If you are not growing or evolving you are remaining stagnant and not growing to your fullest potential. It is important to evolve and grow through negative and positive experiences. For many of our employees, working at Tablio pulled them out of a tough situation and gave them the means needed to turn their life around. This has contributed to a hard work ethic, a strong bond between employees, and a high success rate in our sales associates.
Together when you push and motivate each other to be a better version of themselves, the company builds a strong foundation and bond among all employees. We are a hard working team of individuals motivating one another to push farther towards being the best version of ourselves for our company and ourselves. The strength of the team is each employee, and the strength of each employee is the team. We’re in this together, working as one big family, to improve our personal and professional lives as a whole.
We are Tablio, and we believe in second chances.
